Cleveland Clinic - The doctor relies on "My Chart" and Refuses to talk to me about my problem or my test results.
May 19 - problem arose. Had a doctor's appt.
on May 30 and thought I could wait. Instead, problem got worse and went to Urgi-clinic and they first told me I had a UTI, then 2 days later said I didn't. Went to doctor's on the 30th for "Yearly Xm" and actually spent 10 minutes with the doctor. Told him of my gastro problem and was sent to the lab for blood and stool tests.
Kept checking My Chart for information but nothing. Called the doctor several times because of my discomfort and needed to know what I could do to relieve the pain/pressure but HE NEVER CALLED ME AT ALL. He went through My Chart so he wouldn't have to speak to me. Apparently my tests came back Negative, but I needed to know my next course of action.
I Have Heard NOTHING from my doctor. He doesn't give a *** about patients. Wants to do everything on My Chart.
So, I'm never going back there. If I die because of them I hope my family SUES!!!
Reason of review: uncaring medical people.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Iโm sorry to read about how a Cleveland Clinic Doctor treated you,I hope all is well with you today. I believe some doctors need a monthly compassion/respect the sick patients class....We need them and they need us.....I think sometimes they forget!....Much Health and Strength!
