How they get away with stating they have same day appointments is beyond comprehension! I have had both my GP and OB/GYN there for 20 years.

I called on a Friday stating I had an escalating issue and they told me they couldn't get me in, but that I could go to the express clinic, which I did. By the next Monday it had already gotten worse, by lymph nodes were swollen in my groin, and I had pelvic paid and bloating, despite the meds they prescribed at the express clinic, so I called at 8 a.m. on Monday and asked the nurse if I could please get an appointment. She told me she would talk to the doctor and call me right back.

I waited, and waited while I was at work. Finally at 11 a.m. I called and left a message for the nurse to call me back. She finally called back at 12:30 and said the doctor said to use a hot compress and they couldn't get me in.

I told her that was unacceptable, so she said she would transfer me to see if they could get me into another location - which was fine with me. What did she do? She transferred me to a regular appointment setter without even telling this woman my issue, so she knew nothing! I had to re-explain my sensitive medical info to an appointment setter, who then told me I would have to wait anther week!!

I AM DONE with this place! They are insensitive, they're billing systems are mind-boggling, you cannot EVER call a nurse back, but rather get routed through their appointment people for everything, then have to hold forever. Not to mention the fact that they pay anyone who is non-medical *** poor wages.

They should be ashamed of themselves. This was once a great medical facility -- all it is now is a money hungry machine based only on it's marketing.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
