I filled out forms for patient assistance for my meds myself. Did all the work, sent for the forms took them all in.
Now I have to deal with a nosy social worker that doesn't care if I get the meds as long as she makes it her business. First meeting with her she was late. Second meeting she had one of my forms and I told her I needed it. She replied it's here somewhere.
If I hadn't pushed the fact that I needed it I wouldn't have gotten it. Then for a refill she screwed it up and one of the nurses had to call and get it all straightened out.
I'm going to change doctors and go somewhere else just so I don't have to deal with this b****. Makes me sick too because I have a great doctor.
