Cleveland Clinic - Do not use Dr. Lovera a Dr. at Krupa Center
My primary, Dr. Hagar is a caring doctor.
She is on maternity leave so I saw Dr. Lovera for a wellness exam. She was cold, and uncaring. Just a few hours before I found out a family member dies after a battle with cancer, which,my husband has been battling.
She would not give me a script for a mammogram unless I saw a gynecologist ( Im 70 yrs. old) I always was given a mammogram without being passed to another Dr. She told me she cannot write a script for a mammogram. A lie!
She refused to renew a prescription and wouldn’t listen to me. I told her I need renewals on my meds. I knew we were not a good match. I go to refill y meds but she didn’t give me a script or call it in.
I called her office 2 days later and was told she just that minute called in my meds. I called my pharmacy again 2 days later. No call from her office. They lied to me again and I was livid.
I did contact the Ombudsmen office and they told how sorry they were. I did get 1moths worth of meds and had to have blood work. Went yesterday for blood work and she wrote the orders wrong and my insurance would not cover it. I walked out.
Now I have no blood work, no mammogram and less then a month worth of meds. Came home and there was a letter from theOmbudsmen office saying that Dr. Lovera was fine. What a joke.
I do have an appointment with another Dr. in Parkland this week and hope I get everything I need.
Cleveland Clinic has gotten too big and cannot handle so many patients. Some wellness exam.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
